These costumes are not available to try on in our shop.

We have made every effort to display our manufacturers product as accurately as possible .We have supplied measurements from  the supplier.

ONE SIZE FITS MOST.

Please check sizing measurements carefully before purchase as no refund will be given for garments that do not fit.

Adult Females: Height- 170 cm, Chest- 102 cm, Waist -86cm, Hips- 107cm

Adult Males: Height-182cm, Chest- 112cm, Waist-104cm, Hips -118cm

Wigs are designed to fit a standard size head.

Accessories are not included with the costume unless otherwise stated.

The costumes are designed for short term wear only.

We guarantee that all costumes are BRAND NEW

RISK OF LOSS

The risk of loss of all items purchased form Totally Frocked pass to you upon our delivery to the courier post.

Late Delivery-  Every effort is made to deliver on time however we do not accept responsibility once it has been passed to the courier post.

RETURNS

Costumes are NON RETURNABLE unless faulty.

FAULTS

Email us and we will be fair and handle you complaint confidentially. You will receive acknowledgement via email within 3 working days.

GOODS DAMAGED OR FAULTY:

Check goods on delivery. If damaged or faulty let us know  via email within 2 workiing days of receipt and arrange to post it back via track and trace delivery in original packaging. If you do not inform us within 2 working days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged or faulty on delivery. They must be returned in new condition i.e. not worn. When returning goods please provide:

1 Order number

2 Name and address

3 Original packaging

4 Return to Totally Frocked Costume Hire, 69c Pharazyn street Lower Hutt

We will reimburse extra postage costs if we accept that the items are faulty.
